Nepean River Holiday Village is well located at Emu Plains, midway between the Blue Mountains and the City of Sydney. It is an excellent location to base yourself with the M4 motorway from Emu Plains giving your direct access to Penrith, Parramatta and Sydney by car, or a fast train to Central Station in Sydney is only 55 minutes.

Nepean River Holiday Village has a variety of accommodation styles suiting couples, families and groups including self catering cabins, motel style rooms and group cottages. We also have a variety of level grassed powered and unpowered sites. Drive through sites are available for quick overnight stopovers

Park Villas

Villa sleeps up to six people. Villa consists of Queen bedroom (linen supplied plus electric blanket), 2nd bedroom with four bunks (linen supplied), lounge room with TV and DVD player, fully self-contained kitchen, en suite with heat lamps and air-conditioned.

Motel Rooms

Queen Bed or Twin Share. Rooms consist of en suite, electric blanket, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge/freezer, and room is serviced and air-conditioned. Central (shared) fully equipped kitchen available.

Park En suite Cabins

Cabin sleeps up to five people. Cabin consist of double bedroom (linen supplied), triple bunk (supply own linen or hire), lounge area with colour television, self-contained kitchenette (including microwave), bathroom with shower and toilet and air-conditioning.

Standard En suite Cabins

Cabin sleeps up to five people. Cabin consist of one double bed, triple bunk, basic kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower , lounge area with colour television and air-conditioned. No linen provided. Need to bring own linen or hire linen.

Powered and Unpower Sites

Level grassy sites, drive through sites available. Many sites close proximity to amenities.

Group Cottages

Cottage sleeps up to twelve people. Cottage contains King bunk beds and two bathrooms. Can supply linen on request. Rate is minimum six persons.
